You can right click the component at it origin to access the context menu INVOKE option. If you don't need them displayed, then you can delete them and they will return to their un-invoke state. If UL follows our component design guidelines, you will be able to use the INVOKE command to retrieve your power pins and place them where you think it best suited for your schematic. Power pins will automatically get connected to other power pins when you transfer to the board, we do this intentionally to clear up the schematic a bit and it also allows you to manually control placement of the power pins. By default the output file is written into the Project directory as defined in the directories dialog. to transfer data from EAGLE to other programs, or to generate an image file from the current drawing. The main body of the symbol only contains all the signal contacts while the Power pins are a separate symbol (gate) with the Add Level set to REQUEST. The EXPORT command is used to provide you with ASCII text files which can be used e.g. In EAGLE, we usually treat power pins as a separate gate, I'm going to assume that UL is doing the same.
